1. Who runs this site

The StrategyProbe tool on serviciiseo.md is operated by Keywords SRL, IDNO 1022600016037, with its registered office at MD-6526, r-l Anenii Noi, s. Mereni, str. Dumbravelor 88.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

2. What the tool offers

StrategyProbe automatically analyzes a website you provide and compares it with a few competitors in your niche, based on public technical measurements (performance, SEO, security, structure).

The results are informational and indicative. They are generated automatically through external measurements (including Google PageSpeed Insights) and may vary over time. They are not a guarantee of your site's ranking in search engines.

3. Fair use

You may use the tool freely, for websites you have a legitimate right to. It is not permitted to:

• analyze websites for abusive or unlawful purposes;
• attempt to bypass the usage limit, or gain unauthorized access to the admin area or infrastructure;
• subject the service to excessive automated load;
• systematically extract the results for commercial purposes without our written consent.

The service is free, up to 3 analyses per day from the same device. We may change this limit at any time.

4. Copyright

The code, structure, texts and graphics of the tool belong to us or are used under licence. Third-party trade marks and names are used for descriptive purposes only.

5. Availability and limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the tool working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may change or withdraw the service at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of automatically generated results, nor for indirect damages arising from use of the tool.

6. Your personal data

The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which take precedence over these terms in everything concerning personal data.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova. In case of discrepancy between translations, the Romanian version prevails.
